1. Introduction

Checklist is an internal tool used by restaurant teams and branches to perform daily inspections (cleanliness, quality and standards). This policy explains what data the app collects and how we use and protect it. By using the app you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

Account: username and password for sign-in and role verification; employee name and branch.

Photos (Camera): inspection photos are uploaded to our servers as evidence and are automatically analyzed (AI) to assess cleanliness and quality. Camera access is used only to capture inspection photos.

Location (GPS): location coordinates and capture time are attached to inspection photos to confirm the inspection was performed on-site and on time. We do not track location in the background; it is collected only at the moment of inspection.

Usage & Notifications: submitted inspection records (date, shift, results); we send notifications to remind you to complete the shift inspection.

3. How We Use Data

• Operate the daily inspection process and record its results.
• Analyze photos, compute compliance scores and provide recommendations to management.
• Verify the inspection was performed at the right place and time.
• Send shift reminders.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
• Data is processed and stored on our own servers (check.cindrellla.com) for operational purposes only.
• Inspection results may be visible to authorized company management and supervisors only.

5. Storage & Security

• Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Access to the management dashboard is protected by authentication and roles.

6. Data Retention

We retain inspection data and photos for as long as needed for internal monitoring. Account data can be deleted on request.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

8. Children

The app is intended for employees only and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top will reflect changes.
